Prices have been omitted from this catalog due to changing market conditions. We will be pleased to quote current pricing on any item upon request
Terms
Terms are 1%- 10 days, Net 30 Days. A 1% per month service charge will be made after 30 days from billing date. All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise agreed upon. With Approved Credit.
Taxes
We will apply any tax in effect on all orders, unless an exemption certificate is on file.
Warranty
All first quality merchandise purchased from us is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our liability is limited to the purchase price or the repair or replacement of an item. Since we do not control how products may be used, we cannot be liable for damages resulting from use, handling, or processing
Technical Data
The charts and tables of data included in this catalog have been provided by our suppliers. We offer these as guides and assume no responsibility for their accuracy.
Cancellations
Orders for special non-stock materials cannot be cancelled without out permission. Request to do so will be forwarded to our manufacturers, and cancellations can be made only upon their approval.
Return Goods
New and unused products purchased from us may be returned only with our approval, and must be returned transportation charges prepaid. Returns may be subject to a restocking and handling charge.
